They will then periodically return to maintain your property to your specifications.

• Clean-Up of organic debris, cultivate and edge all beds
• Cut and edge all grass areas
• Apply fertilizer and lime to all grass areas
• Apply pre-emergence weed killer to all shrub beds
• Apply Shrub fertilizer
• Reseed lawn area
• Clear all walks, driveway, and patio area, etc. of debris
• Removal of all organic debris

• Weed, cultivate and spade all shrub beds
• Clear all walks, driveway, and patio areas, etc.
• Removal of all organic debris

• Apply pesticide (insect control) - June and September
• Apply pre-emergence crab grass killer - April
• Apply fertilizer to all lawn areas - June, September, & November
• Apply lime to all grass areas if required - October
• Apply shrub insecticide - (May & throughout season as needed)
• Apply weed killer to lawn area - (May & throughout season as needed)
• Fungicide applied to lawn areas as required

• Shrubs & Trees are pruned July through September

• Visits are approximately every 10 – 14 days until all organic debris are removed from property or until notified. 
• Includes basic lawn maintenance.
